Hotel “De Oude Doelen” was a the hotel in which conferees stayed. It was for centuries the fanciest hotel in The Hague. The most famous guest were Czar Peter the Great (Czar Peter House) and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791), who performed in the concert hall.
