Postcard for Arnold Schoenberg (1874-1951) written by Alma Mahler (1879-1964) with remarks of Gustav Mahler. His greetings in the top left corner, “Gustav Mahler (for 2 hands)”, has led some to speculate that the man in the rowboat might have been Mahler himself. 23-08-1902 Same postcard (without annotation) to Guido Adler (1855-1941) with remark about Emil Freund (1858-1928)

House sold 07-1908.

Following the sudden death of his five-year old daughter Maria Anna Mahler (Putzi) (1902-1907) in 1907, Mahler sold the villa in 1908 and never returned to Maiernigg. Now in the city of Klagenfurt and called Villa Siegel.
